Option 1. BNG Project

- We work with Developers on a project by project basis - Source BNG units and negotiate with suppliers - Ecologist reports & DEFRA Metric are checked - Manage transactions - We provide support and advice for the project to ensure you are planning compliant - We receive a fee when the deal transacts

Option 2. BNG Advisory (for developers with multiple or complex projects)

- We are on hand to proactively lead your BNG activity - Strategic advice and best practice - Ecologist reports & DEFRA Metric are checked with advice to mitigate BNG costs - Source BNG units and negotiate with suppliers - Manage transactions - Negotiating with LPA’s - BNG Legal Advice if required - A monthly retainer offset against deal transaction fee
